About Me
Welcome to my page! I am glad you are here! My full name is Kellilyn but please call me Kel or Kelli (Kellilyn is what my Mom calls me when I am in trouble). I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA (GO EAGLES). After college, I moved to Boston, MA for 10 years and have met the most incredible people that have helped me get to where I am today. I now live in Southern California with my better half, my daughter, and pup and we sure are enjoying being outdoors all of the time!
5 Fun facts about me:
-
I have an obsession with Heinz ketchup (everything in moderation right?)
-
I have a serious fear of flocks of birds (don't ask)
-
Running is my therapy
-
Sunrises are my favorite (a nice little reminder that everyday is a fresh start)
-
I lose my car keys about 10 times a day
If I am not working, you will find me getting lost on a run, on the beach with my family, or binge watching a show on Netflix.

"The biggest challenge that I face as a trainer is teaching others how to be patient with their journey. Many people want quick fixes or instant results. I believe in healthy lifestyle habits. Therefore, the challenge is explaining to clients that results will not happen overnight. Patience is key and trust your training and it will all fall into place."
